It's dark in there
you know that.
and all you have to do is
open the blinds to
let some light in.
it's your fault.
you put yourself in there
and invited the darkness.
but you long to bask
in the light again,
don't you?
can you, though?
you're scared shitless.
if you open the blinds,
then someone outside
will surely
without a doubt
see you
in that horrible state
of retchedness and
gross self-indulgence.

but why should that matter?
